KR- QUALITY TESTING

Our Product is actually the Definition of Quality.

Our Role as a Manufacturing Co. does not end with the Creation of the Product only but also assures the Quality Standards and all other norms required to be fulfilled at the consumer level.

We never Compromise, at any cost on the Quality of the component.

Every single component is inspected two times out of total production at 100% Visual Inspection Level, then it is put to various tests, as required in its specs.

Final Inspection is thereby done at the Dispatching Stage for every lot of Production.

KR is having its Separate In-house Material Testing Laboratory with all the following facilities:

• Tensile Testing
• Elongation Testing
• Compression Testing
• Oil/Water Immersion Testing
• Heat/UV/Ozone Resistance
• Heat Aging
• Shore Hardness Testing
• Chemical Analysis Lab
  

KR-QUALITY APPROVAL CETIFICATION

Every batch of Production that is shipped to the Client goes with the Certification of Approval. This certification authenticates the Quality of the Rubber parts being supplied, to meet the Requirement as per the Norms/Specs for that Specific Rubber Parts.
